DIY Apple Cider Vinegar Spray for Sweaty Areas

BY Katrin Školnik Škrabe

Has it ever happened to you that after an intense workout or a long day in sneakers, you had to rush somewhere, only to realize your feet aren’t exactly fresh? 😬 Don’t worry, we’ve got the solution! With this super simple DIY spray, your feet and sneakers will stay fresh, and you’ll be walking confidently through your day like a boss – no awkward moments when you kick off your shoes! 👟✨

🧪 Ingredients for 10 ml of spray:

  • 5 ml apple cider vinegar (balances skin’s pH)
  • 5 ml distilled water (dilutes the vinegar)
  • 10 drops of witch hazel extract (for extra freshness)

💡 Optional:

  • 5 drops of lavender essential oil or 2 drops of tea tree essential oil (antibacterial properties and pleasant scent)

GG tip: Be cautious when adding essential oils, as they may irritate the skin. Since vinegar can also be a bit drying, it’s best to test the spray on a small area first to see how your skin reacts.

✨ How to do it

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a spray bottle.

  2. Shake well before each use to evenly distribute the ingredients.

  3. Spray the mixture onto your feet, or any other area that sweats more.

GG tip: Apple cider vinegar naturally helps balance your skin’s pH, preventing the growth of bacteria that cause unpleasant odors and sweat. It’s a natural, inexpensive, and effective solution you shouldn’t overlook!

Not only will your feet smell great, but you might also catch yourself dancing a little because they’re feeling so fresh. 💃🕺 Trust us, your feet will thank you, and so will your shoes.
