Ni zaupal prehitremu svetu.<\/p>\n<p>Vredno si je vsak dan vzeti nekaj \u010dasa za sprostitev. Odvisno od posameznikovega zanimanja, npr. za vrtnarjenje, lahko odkrijete talent &#8220;zelenih prstov&#8221;. Ali pa preprosto branje, miren sprehod &#8230; ni nujno, da se intenzivno ukvarjate s&nbsp;\u0161portom. Delno lahko ohranjate potrpe\u017eljivo \u017eivljenje, kot ga je \u017eivel Jo\u017ee in&nbsp;njegova dru\u017eina, ki sta ga uvedla na svoji samooskrbni kmetiji. Brez preu\u010devanja ideje o&nbsp;kro\u017enem gospodarstvu. Po njenem predstavniku, dr. Quing Liju <a href=\"http:\/\/forest-medicine.com\/pdf\/self-introductione.pdf\">[3<\/a>], gozdno kopanje pomeni do\u017eivljanje gozda z&nbsp;vsemi \u010dutili: vonjem, sluhom, vidom, dotikom in&nbsp;okusom. Gozdna medicina je v&nbsp;svetu vse bolj priznana kot inovativna veja preventivne medicine.<\/p>\n<p>Gozdna kopel krepi imunski sistem. Nekoliko dalj\u0161i sprehod po gozdu pomirja &#8211; 12&nbsp;% ni\u017eja raven kortizola v&nbsp;krvi, 7&nbsp;% ni\u017eja aktivnost simpati\u010dnega \u017eiv\u010devja, 6&nbsp;% ni\u017eji sr\u010dni utrip. Za sprejetje nove navade je potrebno nekaj \u010dasa (nekaj dni, teden dni). Vendar se obrestuje. Bitja, ki so prisotna v&nbsp;dolo\u010denem naravnem okolju, pozorno in&nbsp;poglobljeno opazujemo ter z&nbsp;njimi &#8211; in&nbsp;s&nbsp;seboj &#8211; vzpostavljamo pristen stik.
