Se vam iznenada spreminja razpolo\u017eenje?    <\/p>\n<p>Ko nastopi puberteta, va\u0161e telo preplavijo novi hormoni, ki lahko povzro\u010dijo razli\u010dne izzive. To je \u010das velikih hormonskih sprememb, ki lahko povzro\u010dijo tako dermatolo\u0161ke kot fiziolo\u0161ke te\u017eave [1]. Dermatolo\u0161ke te\u017eave pubertete vklju\u010dujejo akne, prekomerno znojenje in&nbsp;seboroi\u010dni dermatitis, ki so v&nbsp;glavnem posledica hormonskih nihanj.  <\/p>\n<h3>Zakaj se tako zelo potite?<\/h3>\n<p>Se vam kdaj zdi, da se potite veliko bolj kot prej? Morda imate med poukom vla\u017ene dlani, premo\u010dene nogavice ali mokre pazduhe, tudi ko ni vro\u010de. To stanje se imenuje hiperhidroza in&nbsp;se pojavi, ko se zaradi hormonskih sprememb prekomerno aktivirajo znojnice [2, 3]. Spro\u017eijo ga lahko \u010dustva, kot so stres, vro\u010dina ali pa se pojavi brez o\u010ditnega razloga. Ne glede na razlog je ta situacija lahko zelo neprijetna in&nbsp;v\u010dasih celo sramotna [4].     <\/p>\n<h3>Ampak veste kaj? <\/h3>\n<p>To je povsem normalno. Mnogi ljudje med puberteto do\u017eivljajo isto. Poskusite si zapomniti: to je naraven proces, skozi katerega gre va\u0161e telo. Ni\u010d ni narobe, \u010de se zaradi tega po\u010dutite nelagodno, vendar to ne pomeni, da je z&nbsp;vami kaj narobe. Preprosto odra\u0161\u010date \u2013 va\u0161e telo pa se prilagaja, tako kot se tudi vi. \u010ce se torej potite ve\u010d kot obi\u010dajno, niste sami in&nbsp;ni se vam treba sramovati.     <\/p>\n<p>In brez skrbi \u2013 ni vam treba poznati vseh teh znanstvenih izrazov, da bi se po\u010dutili bolje. In&nbsp;ne pozabite \u2013 kemikalije niso vedno re\u0161itev! <\/p>\n<p>Antiperspiranti pogosto vsebujejo spojine na osnovi aluminija, ki za\u010dasno blokirajo znojnice. Lahko pa vsebujejo tudi sporne sestavine, kot so parabeni (konzervansi, ki lahko delujejo kot endokrini motilci), ftalati (uporabljajo se za bolj\u0161o obstojnost di\u0161av, prav tako pa motijo delovanje hormonov) ali umetne di\u0161ave, ki lahko vsebujejo na desetine kemikalij, ki niso navedene na seznamu sestavin. V&nbsp;zadnjih 10\u201320 letih so ljudje postali veliko bolj ozave\u0161\u010deni in&nbsp;previdni glede tega, kaj nana\u0161ajo na svoje telo. \u010ceprav znanstvene ugotovitve niso povsem dokon\u010dne, je zaskrbljenost zaradi povezave aluminija z&nbsp;rakom in&nbsp;Alzheimerjevo boleznijo [5] ter drugih sestavin z&nbsp;nekaterimi zdravstvenimi tveganji povzro\u010dila ogromno povpra\u0161evanje po \u201e\u010distej\u0161ih\u201d izdelkih.   <\/p>\n<h4><strong>Tukaj je nekaj naravnih na\u010dinov, kako lahko svojemu telesu pomagate, da se la\u017eje prilagodijo in&nbsp;se po\u010dutite bolje med puberteto:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Ostanite sve\u017ei na naraven na\u010din! <\/strong>Umivajte se vsak dan z&nbsp;blagim milom in&nbsp;vodo. Da bo va\u0161a ko\u017ea suha in&nbsp;prijetna, lahko uporabite vpojne pra\u0161ke, kot sta koruzni \u0161krob ali soda bikarbona. \u010ce imate ob\u010dutljivo ko\u017eo, lahko raje izberete ne\u017enej\u0161e mo\u017enosti, kot sta Aquamin Mg (magnezijev hidroksid) ali zelena glina, ki ju ko\u017ea pogosto bolje prena\u0161a, hkrati pa \u0161e vedno vpijata vlago in&nbsp;nevtralizirata vonj.  <\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Nosite naravne materiale,<\/strong> kot so bomba\u017e, bambus ali lan, ki omogo\u010dajo ko\u017ei dihanje.
