Tieto l\u00e1tky dod\u00e1vaj\u00fa potravin\u00e1m v\u00fdrazn\u00fa chu\u0165, p\u00f4sobia ako stabiliz\u00e1tory, antioxidanty a&nbsp;chr\u00e1nia potraviny pred znehodnoten\u00edm.  <\/p>\n<p>Bez oh\u013eadu na to, \u010di sa prid\u00e1vaj\u00fa do potrav\u00edn alebo do na\u0161ich kozmetick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkov, obe tieto l\u00e1tky vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00fa obavy. BHA je dokonca na webovej str\u00e1nke ECHA (Eur\u00f3pska chemick\u00e1 agent\u00fara) ozna\u010den\u00fd ako nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd kv\u00f4li svojej toxicite pre vodn\u00e9 organizmy a&nbsp;podozreniu, \u017ee m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 rakovinu a&nbsp;po\u0161kodi\u0165 plodnos\u0165 alebo nenaroden\u00e9 die\u0165a <a href=\"\">[2]<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>BHT je tie\u017e ve\u013emi toxick\u00fd pre vodn\u00e9 organizmy a&nbsp;posudzuje sa ako l\u00e1tka nar\u00fa\u0161aj\u00faca endokrinn\u00fd syst\u00e9m <a href=\"https:\/\/echa.europa.eu\/sk\/substance-information\/-\/substanceinfo\/100.004.439\">[3]<\/a>. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee existuje podozrenie, \u017ee BHT p\u00f4sob\u00ed ako \u013eudsk\u00fd horm\u00f3n, a&nbsp;teda zv\u00e1dza na\u0161e telo k&nbsp;hormon\u00e1lnej reakcii, ktor\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k&nbsp;probl\u00e9mom s&nbsp;plodnos\u0165ou.<\/p>\n<p>BHT nebol regulovan\u00fd nariaden\u00edm (ES) \u010d. 1223\/2009 <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A02009R1223-20220731\">[4]<\/a>, av\u0161ak vzh\u013eadom na obavy s\u00favisiace s&nbsp;mo\u017en\u00fdmi vlastnos\u0165ami BHT, ktor\u00e9 nar\u00fa\u0161aj\u00fa endokrinn\u00fd syst\u00e9m, Vedeck\u00fd v\u00fdbor pre bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 spotrebite\u013eov uverejnil stanovisko, v&nbsp;ktorom sa uv\u00e1dza, \u017ee BHT sa v&nbsp;ur\u010dit\u00fdch koncentr\u00e1ci\u00e1ch pova\u017euje za bezpe\u010dn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>V nadv\u00e4znosti na toto stanovisko Eur\u00f3pska komisia za\u010diatkom roka 2022 predlo\u017eila ozn\u00e1menie o&nbsp;zaveden\u00ed obmedzen\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvania BHT ako antioxidantu v&nbsp;kozmetick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkoch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cti-cert.com\/en\/new\/6975.html\">[5]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea nov\u00fdch obmedzen\u00ed bude BHT povolen\u00fd len v&nbsp;koncentr\u00e1ci\u00e1ch od 0,001&nbsp;% v&nbsp;\u00fastnej vode do 0,8&nbsp;% v&nbsp;bezoplachov\u00fdch a&nbsp;oplachov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkoch <a href=\"https:\/\/images.chemycal.com\/Media\/Files\/22_2778_01_e.pdf\">[6]<\/a>.
