Mo\u017eno ste na internete videli mnoho zoznamov \u0161kodliv\u00fdch l\u00e1tok. Probl\u00e9m je, \u017ee s\u00fa ve\u013emi \u010dasto zalo\u017een\u00e9 na inform\u00e1ci\u00e1ch z USA. M\u00e1lokedy sa stret\u00e1vam s vhodn\u00fdmi materi\u00e1lmi, ktor\u00e9 sk\u00famaj\u00fa a rozoberaj\u00fa aj \u00fadaje z E\u00da. Pravdou je, \u017ee l\u00e1tky, ktor\u00e9 sa dost\u00e1vaj\u00fa do na\u0161ich kozmetick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkov, s\u00fa v E\u00da ove\u013ea viac regulovan\u00e9 ako v USA. <\/p>\n

V USA je riadiacim org\u00e1nom pre v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu kozmetick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkov americk\u00fd \u00darad pre kontrolu potrav\u00edn a lie\u010div (FDA). V E\u00da sa zlo\u017eky v kozmetike riadia nariaden\u00edm (ES) \u010d. 1223\/2009 o kozmetick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkoch [3]<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Azda najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed rozdiel medzi E\u00da a USA spo\u010d\u00edva v tom, \u017ee v E\u00da bolo zak\u00e1zan\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 v kozmetike ove\u013ea viac zlo\u017eiek a l\u00e1tok. Pod\u013ea poslednej aktualiz\u00e1cie z roku 2019 zakazuj\u00fa pr\u00e1vne predpisy E\u00da 1 641 chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok, zatia\u013e \u010do americk\u00fd \u00farad FDA zak\u00e1zal alebo obmedzil pou\u017e\u00edvanie iba 11 chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok v kozmetike [4]<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Dobre, v\u010faka tomu sa c\u00edtime trochu viac chr\u00e1nen\u00ed, ale tie\u017e to nie je tak\u00e9 jednozna\u010dn\u00e9, ako sa zd\u00e1. Tam, kde je z\u00e1kon, existuj\u00fa aj v\u00fdnimky zo z\u00e1kona. Napr\u00edklad niektor\u00e9 l\u00e1tky s\u00fa zak\u00e1zan\u00e9, ale mo\u017eno ich pou\u017ei\u0165 v pr\u00edpade, ak neexistuje za ne n\u00e1hrada. <\/p>\n

V posledn\u00fdch rokoch niektor\u00e9 v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 agent\u00fary a zdravotn\u00edcke skupiny vyjadruj\u00fa obavy z mnoh\u00fdch l\u00e1tok v kozmetike, ktor\u00e9 e\u0161te neboli zak\u00e1zan\u00e9. E\u00da sa sna\u017e\u00ed tieto obavy postupne rie\u0161i\u0165, tak d\u00fafajme, \u017ee sa v bl\u00edzkej bud\u00facnosti do\u010dk\u00e1me \u010fal\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1kazov. <\/p>\n

V nasleduj\u00facich \u010dl\u00e1nkoch sa sna\u017e\u00edm uv\u00e1dza\u0165 najnov\u0161ie regula\u010dn\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky v E\u00da, aby ste videli, \u010di sa v tejto oblasti u\u017e nie\u010do rob\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Mnoh\u00e9 z t\u00fdchto l\u00e1tok sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa aj v hygienick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkoch, \u010distiacich prostriedkoch a tie\u017e v obaloch potrav\u00edn, v potravin\u00e1ch, liekoch a\u2026 \u2013 v podstate v mnoh\u00fdch veciach okolo v\u00e1s.
