A\u017e po tom, ako sme \u00faspe\u0161ne zaviedli plasty ako trvanliv\u00fd materi\u00e1l, sme si uvedomili environment\u00e1lnu z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e, ktor\u00fa sp\u00f4sobuje ich dlhodob\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvanie. Zd\u00e1 sa, \u017ee boj s plastov\u00fdm odpadom sa st\u00e1va na\u0161ou celo\u017eivotnou \u00falohou. 2,5 % svetov\u00fdch plastov kon\u010d\u00ed v mori [1]<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Kateg\u00f3rie plastov<\/h3>\n

Plastov\u00fd odpad v \u017eivotnom prostred\u00ed m\u00e1 r\u00f4znu ve\u013ekos\u0165, od makroplastov a\u017e po nanoplasty. Mikroplasty s\u00fa \u010dastice s ve\u013ekos\u0165ou \u2264 5 mm, druhotnou pr\u00ed\u010dinou ich vzniku je rozpad\u00e1vanie sa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch kusov plastov na men\u0161ie, a\u017e zanedbate\u013en\u00e9 \u010diasto\u010dky. Prim\u00e1rne ale mikroplasty poch\u00e1dzaj\u00fa z v\u00fdrobkov ur\u010den\u00fdch na osobn\u00fa starostlivos\u0165 a z kozmetick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkov, v ktor\u00fdch sa zvy\u010dajne vyskytuj\u00fa vo forme mikrogu\u013e\u00f4\u010dok s ve\u013ekos\u0165ou \u2264 1 mm [3]<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Kozmetick\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a morsk\u00fd odpad<\/h3>\n

Treba si uvedomi\u0165, \u017ee mikroplasty maj\u00fa schopnos\u0165 viaza\u0165 na seba r\u00f4zne chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. T\u00fdm, \u017ee s\u00fa po\u017eieran\u00e9 rybami a in\u00fdmi morsk\u00fdmi \u017eivo\u010d\u00edchmi, vstupuj\u00fa tieto chemick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky do potravinov\u00e9ho re\u0165azca, na vrchole ktor\u00e9ho je \u010dlovek. Vedeli ste, \u017ee \u0161kodlivos\u0165 pre ryby a in\u00e9 morsk\u00e9 \u017eivo\u010d\u00edchy sa zvy\u0161uje? <\/p>\n

V\u00fdskum spolo\u010dnosti Scripps v roku 2009 v oblasti ve\u013ekej tichomorskej odpadkovej \u0161kvrny [1]<\/a>, ktor\u00e1 sa sk\u00fama od 70. rokov minul\u00e9ho storo\u010dia, uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee 9 % r\u00fdb prehltlo plasty. Anal\u00fdzou odpadu v smetn\u00fdch n\u00e1dob\u00e1ch sa zistilo, \u017ee zo 671 analyzovan\u00fdch r\u00fdb 35 % prehltlo plastov\u00e9 \u010dastice [2]<\/a>.<\/p>\n
